The basic heat consumption of the enclosure structure and the heat consumption of cold air infiltration are very large, and the traditional heating method is not only high cost and serious pollution, but also unsatisfactory heating effect. Therefore, how to achieve efficient heating, on-demand heating, and effectively reduce temperature stratification, avoid ineffective heat loss, and achieve energy saving and emission reduction, improve comfort is a problem faced by many industrial enterprises in heating.<br /> <br /> In view of the pain points of industrial heating in large space, infrared radiation heating, as one of the important ways of clean heating, has the characteristics of energy saving, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating and so on, and the heating effect of infrared radiation heating is more guaranteed. In recent years, infrared radiation heating methods have been implemented and widely used.<br /> <br /> Infrared radiation heating technology features:<br /> · High thermal efficiency: radiant heat is directly absorbed and converted into heat energy by the human body and equipment, and the thermal conversion efficiency exceeds 90%, improving the energy utilization rate.<br /> · Low heat loss: no strong convection phenomenon, weak indoor air stratification and thermal gradient, small temperature difference, reduce heat loss and energy consumption.<br /> · Uniform heat dissipation: the indoor temperature distribution is uniform, reducing the radiation of the human body to the outside world, and avoiding the problem of "foot cold head heat" in traditional heating.<br /> · Continuous heat transfer: the heat is concentrated in the height of the human body to benefit, improve the proportion of radiation heat transfer, and continue to exchange heat with the surrounding environment for a long time.<br /> <br /> According to GB50019-2015 Design Code for heating, Ventilation and air conditioning of industrial buildings 5.5.4: When gas infrared radiation heating is used, the calculated indoor temperature should be 2 ~ 3 lower than the air temperature in the convective heating room. The heating area is subject to the comprehensive effect of infrared radiation and ambient temperature, and the indoor heat consumption is small, the temperature difference between indoor and outdoor is small, and the cold air permeability is also small, thus improving the indoor heating effect. Under the premise of achieving the same heating effect, the infrared radiation heating method is used, which has lower heat load, higher comfort and more energy saving.<br /> <br /> <p> In response to the national "double carbon" policy and clean heating policy, Beijing Leadway Power Co., Ltd. invests in the research and development of infrared radiation heating equipment to optimize infrared radiation heating products.
