ECOPAN hot water radiant panels make heating in large-space buildings more energy efficient

The heating equipment heats the air in the surrounding environment, and then uses the density characteristics of hot and cold air to exchange heat, thus achieving the goal of raising the overall temperature of the environment. However, the heating effect of this method is affected by the spatial form of the building structure, its insulation performance, and other parameters, and the heating load is relatively unstable. Especially in industrial buildings for high-tech industries, the requirements for heating conditions are higher, and the airflow caused by heating should not be too fast. During the convection heating process, cold and hot air continue to circulate, which will affect people's comfort. Compared with this, radiation heating will not cause air flow to a great extent, and the heat lost is relatively small. The building envelope can only absorb heat from the indoor air and dissipate it through its surface to the outside. </span><br /> <br /> <span style="color:#2A2F45;font-family:"font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;">Hot water radiation panels are a type of metal radiation panels that can be used for full-building heating and localized heating in specific areas or work zones in buildings ranging in height from 3m to 30m. They are not only highly energy-efficient but also environmentally friendly, space-saving, and highly comfortable. They have a wide range of applications, including large shipyards, ships, aircraft, and automobiles repair halls, building materials markets, shopping malls, exhibition halls, multi-functional gymnasiums, and entertainment halls, among many others. </span><br /> <br /> <p> <span style="color:#2A2F45;font-family:"font-size:14px;background-color:#FFFFFF;">In the process of hot water radiation panel radiant heating, the radiant heat is directly irradiated to the heating object, and very little heat needs to be heated in the gas in the environment, so the air temperature in the same conditions is very low, usually 2-3°C, so the indoor and outdoor temperature difference is smaller, so the building's heat loss is relatively lower. The heat consumption of radiation heating is lower than that of convection heating, about 0.8 times that of convection heating, i.e. the heat consumption of radiation heating is about 30% of that of convection heating.
