Due to the large heating load in high and spacious areas, the drawbacks of traditional heating methods have become increasingly prominent, such as poor comfort, high energy consumption, excessive steel usage, difficulty in heat metering, and inconvenience in individual and room temperature control. Radiant heating is a better solution to overcome these problems. Radiant heating systems supply heat to rooms mainly through radiation, with radiant heat accounting for more than 50% of the total heat dissipation. 
 

	The ceiling-mounted hot water radiant panel is a heating device installed on the indoor ceiling of buildings, which uses infrared radiation to transfer heat for heating. Its essence is thermal radiation technology. During the hot water circulation process, the medium heat is converted into infrared rays of various wavelengths through the surface of the radiant panel and irradiated into the heating environment. Due to the small absorption effect of air on infrared rays, most of the infrared rays are absorbed and stored by buildings, human bodies, equipment and other objects, causing their temperatures to rise, and at the same time heating the surrounding air, raising the environmental temperature. Therefore, the air temperature inside the building is lower than the temperature of the objects in the infrared irradiation area (usually 2-3 degrees lower), thus reducing air stratification and convection effects. The hot water radiant panel heating system has a high thermal energy utilization rate and good comfort. A large number of project applications have shown that radiant heating technology is an ideal heating method for large spaces.

ECOPAN hot water radiant panel adopts an innovative design concept and is made of metal tube plates. It is prefabricated in the factory into standard lengths of 3 meters and 6 meters (2 meters and 4 meters can be prefabricated upon special request). The pipes, as the warmest part of the panel, are completely downward and wrapped by the metal plate on 70% of their surface (the wrapping angle exceeds 280°), increasing the heat transfer area and ensuring excellent heat transfer from the pipe to the plate. ECOPAN hot water radiant panel has the advantages of simple and lightweight structure, high thermal efficiency, easy installation, simple operation, no noise, and environmental cleanliness. When using ECOPAN hot water radiant panel for heating, the system can lower the design temperature by 2 to 3 degrees Celsius compared to convective heating. It mainly dissipates heat downward in the form of thermal radiation, with a radiation distance of over 10 meters. It is widely used for heating in industrial plants, logistics warehouses, large sports stadiums, and exhibition halls. 
 
Each of ECOPAN hot water radiant panels can be connected with a quick coupling. Each radiant panel and the collecting pipe are prefabricated in the factory and have undergone safety tests. Under the same size characteristics (pipe diameter, quantity and spacing, panel width), ECOPAN hot water radiant panels have higher thermal efficiency than other products on the market. This enables the same heating requirements to be met with fewer products. Currently,&nbsp;ECOPAN hot water radiant panels have been applied in the Brilliance BMW Shenyang Parts Distribution Center, Harbin Beer Museum, Qinhuangdao LM Wind Turbine Blade Base and Ulanqab Tennis Center.
