The generation of heat is mainly achieved through the generator, which has been inspected and pre-adjusted by the factory and assisted by the safety and command systems. The fan will bring the entire radiation pipe system to a negative pressure to extract the necessary air for combustion, recover the combustion products (even the temperature inside the tubes) and discharge them through the exhaust pipe. The combustion system is continuously controlled by an electronic control device each time the fan is started for heating to ensure the pressure of the radiation loop, the ignition condition, and the correct state of the flame. In case of any abnormality, the gas for combustion is immediately stopped and placed in a safe area. 
 
The radiation section is composed of a series of modules. Each module is made of special alloyed aluminum tubes and is inserted into the module through corresponding brackets to be connected together. The side plates are specially made aluminum insulating plates with high reflection power. The main structure is a spray-coated composite steel plate that can support and accommodate all components of the radiation tube section. The tubes are connected by special joints. They have special high-temperature resistance and elasticity and are connected to the radiation tube section by ring hooks to maintain a fixed position. This solution does not use sealing compounds or putty, compensating for the expansion caused by the heating of the modules, so that they will not cause dangerous expansion and stretching, and ensuring long-term and continuous use guarantee.
